But how would you know. If I voted in Palm Beach County, voted for Bush and they have an election for those Gore Buchannan voters. All I do is come in and say that I meant to vote for Gore and then cast a vote for Buchannan. There's no way to do it.

Hell, they could even target to a more granular level by having only the Gore-Buchannan voters re-ballot just to resolve the apparent inconsistency one and for all.

Being the cynic that I am, I would guess that there would be ten times more Gore-Buchannan voters showing up for the revote than there were ballot punched for both Gore & Buchannan in the original vote. Any sort of revote is unworkable at this point.
