The problem with considering the Linear Regression lines from 1995 as a target is that, first of all, the line from 1991/1992 would be more valid. Also, deviations from the LR of the magnitude that we've had usually imply a corresponding large deviation on the negative side.

IMO, targets based on 1995-2001 Linear Regression are very optimistic unless we can keep the mentioned indexes reasonably near or above their current levels for the next couple of years. Soft landing?
