>>Three people filed a lawsuit Wednesday seeking a new election in Palm Beach County, claiming the punch-card ballot was so confusing that they accidentally voted for Reform Party candidate Pat Buchanan instead of Vice President Al Gore.<<

I guess I have a question. How do they know that they voted for the the wrong person? Were they in the polling booth, punch out the wrong hole then turn their card in??? If so why didn't they get a new card? Or, did they get home and say: "Darn, I punched out the wrong hole" How would they know that when they got home? There's no merit for the suit.
