Hi M - I ve posted to El already, but I just wanna a follow up. In your [company's] case, at which point is revenue realized? I would be surprised auditors don't raise an eyebrow if that division does a chargeback but holds the deliverable.

best, Bosco

>>>I just realized they have a large corporate sales division that could easily be stuffed. <<<

I would have thought that a (sales) channel would mean that an intermediary, a reseller or retailer, would have to be involved. If the goods go from Dell to its customer, even through a corporate sales division, and if Dell motivates the customer to take early delivery, that hardly qualifies as channel stuffing.

Does it?
