Kazoo, The strategic direction laid out by management is positive for the company. I look forward to hearing more from the Nov 15 meeting. Some of the lower tier companies will be sold off. The company has substantial amount cash for operation, many of the 15 tier-1 companies are currently or will be cash flow positive within a year to 18 months. The company will not be doing much acquisitions going forward, rather their focus will be on building up the existing partner companies and shareholder value, there's no need for additional financing. The reduction in workforce (people working in acquisition department) reflects the new initiatives. After the dust settles in a day or two, I'll add.
