The announcement will probably come in the form of a press release from JDSU immediately after JDSU/SDLI hear from the Justice Department. That said, you may hear it first on CNBC.

After election night coverage, the media has egg on its face, big time. No excuses, boys, you were arrogant and completely irresponsible. And it doesn't help that you were all guilty. That only means you had a chance to rise above the herd by doing the right thing and you blew it.

There, got that off my chest. :)
