It doesn't seem that controversial to me but when you mention genetics and intelligence some people start getting really upset (I'm not saying you are). That is a simple survival mechanism. People instinctively know that categorizing them by intelligence can then be equated to value, which can then be used to justify a caste system leading to non standard treatment to sub standard treatment to genocide. Only very educated and tolerant and perceptive people should discuss genetics and human intelligence in the same breath...and then only in the parlour, or the bedroom.
