I use stops 98% of the time especially on fast moving stocks like PMCS, but with the stocks I follow for position trades I know very well like NXTL I usually dont. I get distracted at times like having to go brush my hair, answer the phone, or go to 7-11 for a slurpee during the day and dont want to come back and see my stock -10
