Dr. Charlie Yang, our Chief Executive Officer,
obtained his B.S. in Electrical Engineering at the
University of Science and Technology of China,
and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Wireless
Telecommunications at the University of Victoria in
Canada. During his 18 years of experience, he has
held key management positions including Product
and Business Planner of Nortel Networks, Senior
Product Manager of Hughes Network Systems,
Product Line Director of Watkins-Johnson, and
Chief Operating Officer of Teletronics International.
Dr. Yang was a founding member of Wang
Computers Inc., one of the earliest US joint
ventures in China, helping to grow the company into
a leader in computer networking in 1986. In 1994,
he contributed to the setup of Nortel's first research
and development center in Beijing. In 1997, he
presented Hughes Networks in China to the
President of China during his visit with Hughes
Electronics' Chairman/CEO at Hughes
Headquarters. Most recently, Dr. Yang was the
President and CEO of Beijing Xinwei Telecom Ltd.,
a joint venture owned and invested in by the
Chinese Ministry of Information Industry (MII) and
W.I. Harper Group. Beijing Xinwei is a leading
wireless access company in China and has
developed core technologies for International
Telecommunication Union (ITU)'s next generation
wireless standards.

Mr. Duc Duong, our Chief Technology Officer,
obtained his B.S. and M.S. in Computer Sciences
from the University of Pennsylvania and has
specialized in building network infrastructure for
E-Commerce platforms, managing data centers and
Web farms for online transactions, and the
development of wireless and broadband application
delivery systems. Mr. Duong is the former Director
of Technology for Americast (www.americast.com),
the joint partnership of Ameritech Corp, BellSouth
Corp, GTE, SNET and The Walt Disney Company
which provides 100% Digital wireless TV service of
up to 160 channels of unmatched picture and sound
quality to SBC Communications subsidiaries. Mr.
Duong is also the former Operations Manager for
Intertainer (www.intertainer.com), the Broadband
Entertainment Network providing video on demand
movies, music videos, TV shows, concerts and
shopping on demand for strategic investment
partners Microsoft Corp, Comcast Corp, Intel Corp,
NBC, Sony Corporation of America and US West
Inc.

Mr. Simon Shi Zhang is the Founder and Chief
Executive Officer of UAC Stock Exchange Online,
which was created in June 1998. Previously an
interpreter for the delegation of the Chinese
Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications to
Europe, Mr. Zhang later served as a systems
engineer, interpreter and group leader for China
National Telecommunications Construction
Corporation, and as a supervisor for French based
Alcatel's installations in Heilongjiang and Hunan
provinces. Mr. Zhang holds a Bachelors degree in
Communications & Engineering from Beijing
University of Posts & Communications, a Masters in
Business Administration from the College of
Economics of Tsinghua University and has been
published in various Chinese technology journals
and periodicals.

Mr. Stephen Tang has been involved in the
development and implementation of consumer
technologies for nearly 20 years. He is the Founder
of Financial Telecom, Ltd. and has been its Chief
Executive Officer since 1985. Mr. Tang holds a
degree in Business Management from Hong Kong
Baptist University and a Masters in Business
Administration from AIM-Asia Institute of
Management in Manila. Stephen's contributions to
FinTel include the development of new and
innovative products and the creation of strategic
alliances in China, Taiwan, Korea and the U.S.
Prior to founding FinTel, Mr. Tang was engaged in
investment banking activities with Hong Kong
based Bancom and Asiavest Ltd. where he served
as Deputy General Manager.
