Bush will look no more like a neutered puppy than will Gore. Gore will have the additonal disadvantage that he cannot be believed.

maybe the original exit polls calling Gore were right,
based on who people thought they had voted for..
with 19000 thrown out for double punching candidates (a huge percentage in that one county), then 3400 for buchanan
the data changed as the info came in,
and the result changed.
