This is not Cuba, this is America...if there was a wrong committed in the PB ballot situation that caused people to vote for the wrong candidate, it should be made right...again, makes the case for a complete re-vote in FL.

p.s. anyone else think it's kinda embarassing that Bush lost in the State where his brother should have such influence?

The law is what counts.
What really counts is whether the election is seen by the American people as legitimate. Once the Presidential election process loses the trust of the American people our system of government ceases to work.
