But did he really win FL, when 20,000 votes in one county (4% of the total)would have gone to his opponent if the ballots weren't screwed up? Did he honestly win FL? I think not.

I disagree. Those voters screwed it up - nobody in the Bush campaign made them punch those twice.

It's a contest like the World Series. Did the '86 Mets win the World Series honestly when Bill Buckner let the ball go through his legs. Of course they did!

There are still absentee ballots to be counted. Overseas ballots have until 11/19 (I think?) to come in - but they must have been postmarked by 11/7.
