My parents get so many nasty letters from their CONDO board over such stupid stuff they stoped using their Apartement for 10 years. There was literaly a COUP on the condo board LOL. I am not even kiding a litlle. They would sceduale meetings when NONE of the seasonal owners could come, They passed whatever they wanted. The whole mess ended up in lawsuits. The rules we are talking about are so stupid, that its comical. These people are smart sucesfull people who retired and need an activity to partake in.
