Nixon walked away with respect and conceded to Kennedy with dignity. It will be time for Mr. Gore to do it. Else, I think his chances 4 yr from now could get hurt.

Something does not add up. These people in Palm Beach County might be blind but not stupid. If they thought they were voting for Gore but in fact voted for Buchanan, then that would mean one hole punch. The fact that there are TWO hole punches in 19,000 ballots does not make sense. These people would not have punched two holes because they would have known they were voting for two candidates.

This is the first time I have thought this but I think that there was fraud by the election officials. Very easy to take ballot and punch another hole for Buchanan and then the ballots become invalid. This is really starting to stink.

Bob.

You have to prove the 19,000 votes weren't vote fraud.

No, you have to prove the votes were fraudulent, if I'm not mistaken. There is no such thing as a perfect election. Everything that I've seen reported being taken place in Florida, is not much different in many other states as well. I say recount, accept it, concede (either way) and move forward.

Statistically there is going to be a margin for errors.
