Les- I've got some problems with the security settings on my computer. I tried to open pdfs for more recent info, but couldn't. What I find interesting about the site is the breakdown by race, education, etc... Mississippi is heavily an agriculture, farming, energy, and manufacturing industry, as opposed to a info/financial services intensive economy as in other states. I agree and understand. But, let's remember, I'm not the one out to disenfranchise the illiterate. And I'm advising caution to those that are. Their motives are suspect. And they may well snag a group of people they never intended to deny the right to vote. Plans like this often backfire.
