I agree it is a matter of degree. But you can't say what that degree is without the microscopic investigation of other the other states. My bet there is far more than 19000 ballot issues in many precincts though out the country.

19000's nothin... Cook County (Chicago) would knock that out in the first hour of real scrutiny... I'd love to get a real look-see at all the absentee ballots collected by Operation Push and the Teamsters...

Not to mention the entire suburb of Cicero... they usually vote 3-4 times at least... ;)
