Baker was on CNN a few minutes ago, making the following valid points:

1. This ballot form has been used before.
2. The ballot was approved by the Democrat elected official in charge of the elections and by the candidates.
3. The ballot was published in the newspaper before the election.
4. There were no complaints until after the election.

I would wager that many of the people complaining did not err at all. They voted for Gore, punched one hole, and are unhappy with the county-wide result and see an opportunity for another chance. Or maybe they didn't bother to vote at all. Like people jumping onto a bus AFTER it's been in an accident, doubling over with pain, and filing a personal injury claim against the bus company.
