I realize this is a frivolous answer and not a logical response, but here goes for the fun of it:

Those seniors sure know how to work the B-I-N-G-O cards without a problem.

Bad guess, the vote is over and if the brain-addled couldn't find the candidate they wanted too bad. The ballot in question has been used in prior elections, was sanctioned by all governing bodies, and headed by a Democrat.

How do you explain away the fact that Buchanan got 3407 in a democratic

It is not up to the media, you, nor I to interpret why people vote the way they do.

FWIW, On FoxNews, it was reported that Buchanan received ~8000 votes in the same district in '96. Apparently, he has a relative there.

As far as a revote goes, can the Reps have a revote in districts in close states they lost? Where does it end? This is a slippery slope and a road we do not to wish to travel, or our democracy will forever be weakened.
