As far as we know, some people thought they could vote twice for president. Why didn't they simply ask for a new ballot? Who is ultimately responsible? LoF

Let's stick to the facts, which are that 19,120 ballots were rejected because they voted for multiple candidates for President. No doubt some of those voted for both Gore and Buchanan, but to this point there is no indication of what that number is. Carl
