UR right. The problem becomes if either one is elected and people half of people don't believe the election was valid. Then I can imagine people saying things like "this legislation that the person sitting in the Presidential chair helped pass does not apply to me -- he isn't the President. I'll do what I want to do." This could occur if they don't remedy the situation in West Palm Beach, or if they do remedy it and people aren't comfortable with the remedy.
