But there's also a very distinctive long black, boldface line pointing to the Buchanon punch-hole, with the words Democratic printed right underneath.

No matter how well you write you can identify the logic of the ballot, the proof of the pudding is all of the mistaken ballots.

In California the ballots I've seen are single faced and do not have extra holes next to a category like the ones in the picture.

I'd have no problem figuring out the Palm Beach ballot, and if the design is legal, it is unlikely that challenge would be successful, IMO.

However, IF the ballot design was illegal, then a revote will be mandatory, IMO.
