If Bush wins the recount he will get the White House without much dificulty. Atleast Bush is alive and probably
the legitimate president elect under the rules. A Democratic senator won his election even though he is dead. (Actually I could think of a few senate seats that would be
better with a dead person filling them but thats another story).
