Tom! You are right about the flawed people, many migrants in that county. Working in the sugar cane fields have no electric, have no idea who Bush, Bore or anyone else is. When I worked for the power company one of the migrants called and wanted to order some day service, telling him we had no such thing he said he had the night service but wanted the day service. To make a long story short he had wired himself up to the street lights, therefore having night service. If they see a hole they punch it. A lot of those people can not read English. I can easily see how this can happen in Palm Beach County. Many old people can't see, read, etc. I understand a lot of people were signed up to vote that are mentally retarded. I don't doubt that the ballot would be confusing to the above people and that 19,000 would double punch their card. Tuff!!!! dealie
