Another instance where "local control" screwed up. In many instances, the federal government does a better job. It is time for uniform election laws.

Kinda like Gore giving the impression he was fighting on the front lines in Vietman, when in fact he was a reporting playing gin rummy with his bodyguards way in the back somewhere. (disclosure: the gin rummy part may or may not have happened)
