It actually wouldn't be one county determining who won the vote -- it would be all counties collectively with that one county being properly represented.

rescrew the recount screw the vote
Two of Gore's won states have a small difference too:maybe the Repubs should starting yelling recount or revote for those.
This, and the market, are making me sick to my stomach.
There goes our year end rally...wish I was out.
