Sojourner--OCPI is a speculative play.
The market turns on them first in times of uncertainty. IPO's after the recent damage done to investors pocketbooks due to internet IPO's are really under a cloud.
There is always a chance that there is no manipulation at all going on. It is simply being sold down on a day when the market is queasy.
All the Best

I believe valuation may be part of the prob with OCPI. I recently read somewhere that after some conversion of preferred shares the total outstanding share count will be over 100mln.
