Ted,

Elections aren't revoted because of confusing ballots! Also there were campaign workers outside the polls warning the voters that the ballots were tricky and to vote carefully.

I agree.....and I don't think that's the issue. The issue is....were the ballots confusing...apparently they were to 19k voters.

Ted...apparently, there was a near equal number of invalidated ballots (two holes punched) in the 96 election in Palm Beach county. I suspect if this election was not close and PB county didn't matter, there might be a similar number of invalidated ballots in the next election as well. So only something like this MAY cause politicians on both sides to educate their supporters to the realities of the process. And that is how it must be.....NO RETROACTIVE remedies.
