I think that this is all a plot created by the Clinton Liberal machine..The President is a ego manic who would declare himself king for life if he could! I would bet he has his cronies drafting the Legislation at this very moment to extend his days in office until this is decided in court!

I think another way to describe it besides calling it a revote is just to say it is a clarification of the original vote. Those 19,000 people had one of the candidates in mind when they entered the booth. If their vote is now important why should it be thrown out because they were confused?

If 19,000 people voted for 2 candidates it makes me wonder how many people voted for Buchcannon and now think they voted for Gore or maybe some of them even think they voted for Bush.
