A market researcher would be fired for writing a questionnaire that looked like that ballot. Market researcher professionals should have to approve ballots -- not partisan election officials. Would you go to a politician for a medical diagnosis? Of course not, unless that person also is an MD. Why are we letting politicians decide and approve how a ballot looks when they have no expertise in the area of surveys? A ballot is just like a questionnaire, and should be designed and approved by people who understand such things.

Not if the parties who approved it didn't know the format they selected was illegal. Sorta like the driving laws--you're supposed to know 'em!
