A market researcher would be fired for writing a questionnaire that looked like that ballot. Market researcher professionals should have to approve ballots -- not partisan election officials. Would you go to a politician for a medical diagnosis? Of course not, unless that person also is an MD. Why are we letting politicians decide and approve how a ballot looks when they have no expertise in the area of surveys? A ballot is just like a questionnaire, and should be designed and approved by people who understand such things. INTCfan
