I think that the people confused by the ballot need to come forward to start the process of auditing the last 10 years of their Federal Income Tax returns to be sure that they weren't confused when those forms were filed. -g-

Show me an American who isn't confused by federal income tax forms and I'll show you one that really is dumb....the more you know the more confusing they get. -g-
