One remedy is a new election in Palm Beach County. And the 1997 Miami mayoral race is a precedent for this kind of remedy to take place.

This would be at least as unfair as the situation as it stands.

Here in Texas some ballots were printed on both sides. A certain number of people didn't turn over the ballot.

Should they get the chance to revote too?

What about all the other states where confusion my have taken place?
