Hang in there Tom. I strongly suggest everyone NOT look at their portfolio balances. Smile. Relax. It's early November. For those holding December calls we have 6+ weeks ahead of us. Pressure from the financial community will come down VERY HARD on these candidates, and parties, to sort out this mess ASAP. Where do you think these guys get their $$? Yes.. we have to, most likely, wait out the 10 days for the ballots to come back. Market is taking that into consideration now. If one party starts resorting to law suits calmer heads will prevail. To subject this nation to a legal court room to decide a president will lose A HUGE PORTION OF THE VOTING POPULATION (especially (!) the financial investers) for a LONG, LONG time to come. Smartest thing we can do right now is take care of whatever business you need to do to make sure your not forced to sell when you don't want to (i.e. margin, november calls) and then turn off your computer. Walk away for a day or so - regroup. If your stock drops from $100 to $80 - who cares (!) if when you turn back on your computer in a couple of days it's back up to $95 already. Save yourself the mental anguish of watching the drop (and from doing something stupid at the lows) - and just turn off your computer. Take a walk. Do some house or yard work. Turn a really crappy day into something positive. Chat with God. Find things to be very, very thankful for. As someone pointed out on another thread. Heck.. we don't see anything here. In his country there have been famines, floods and civil wars. Forget about losing your money in the bank. They lose their homes. Their health... worst yet.. their loved ones and children. Folks.. It's time to chat with your 'angels' and thank God for His numerous blessings.

Now .. I'm going to follow my own advice and go get some yard work done.

Well, beleive it or not ,but the weather in SaN Diego is real cloudy.

The sky is almost completely covered with clouds.
Very rarely yo can see a sky through the little blue holes between heavy grey clouds.
It is more wind at this point than Sun working in opposite direction.
