I guess it will be by bid and ask. I surely don't think that borrowers and lenders won't be able to come to some agreement.You know that none of these things are all that accurate. Remember when the long bond used to be inflation plus 3%?.....Then suddenly it wasn't..........It was what people were willing to pay ......
