For the sake of argument........if you saw gore's name , why would you look to the right page and find Buchanan. It seems quite logical for someone to punch either the second or third hole as both were to the right of Gore's name especially if they never saw the right page. Now I ask you.........when you go into the booth to vote , do you look at all the candidates or just the ones you're voting for?.......see what i mean.

Al Gore campaign officials say Democrats are going to be asking for a hand-count of the votes in Palm Beach County and three other Florida counties. A federal judge has scheduled a hearing for this afternoon to address allegations of voter irregularity in West Palm Beach, Florida, as the state continues its recount of presidential votes. The advantage for Republican candidate George W. Bush over Gore was 793 votes after 46 counties completed their recount, according to The Associated Press.
