I'll be the first to agree, it ain't pretty. I just think history will remember us more fondly if we let progression under the law take place than for the meddling of a select few. I think it better we suffer a weak president than a weak attendance to our laws. One is for 4 years and soon forgotten, the other is for perpetuity. Even in the case you cite, it is remembered for it's poor presidency but not for our disregard of the law. JFH
