Frank: What's your take on the fact that the school voucher initiatives went down in flames in both California and Michigan. 70 percent voted against school vouchers in both states. Seems pretty clear to me that Americans want whoever wins the presidency to focus on improving our schools, not trying to skirt the issue with vouchers, etc.
