I agree about the EC. And I'd like to see Gore concede if the recount, and count of the absentee votes leaves the decision as is. I don't think either should concede with it this close until every vote is counted.

I do think that this brings to front that we need to do more to keep our elections legal and fair. In my state there were several polling places with policemen there because of intimidation. This was more about an initiative that was very unpopular with some. But intimidation and fraud still go on. So I wouldn't like to see the matter dropped. We've come this far in cleaning up our election process partly through the use of lawsuits. But I "think" I'd like to see that done after the fact for the good of stability. But if there is legitimate questions of fraud, they should be proven one way or the other, whether it is comfortable for us or not.
