How about this...examine the 19,000 votes to see if the double punch was on Gore and Buchanan. This would validate what people in Palm Beach are saying.

One of the people of CNN was saying some of the people were confused and thought they needed to punch twice to vote for the President and also the Vice President. That doesn't change the fact their ballot becomes invalid. Maybe they need to study more to learn how to properly vote.
