Voucher plan is flawed in that it does not address larger problems within a school or school district. It simply offers solutions for a small percentage. Frankly, I was surprised by the overwhelming "no" for vouchers in both California and Michigan. Joe Public is far smarter than many give him credit for.

I agree 100 percent. I am far more radical than most on this board when it comes to how to address the problem of failing schools. But vouchers ain't the answer.
