The scenes I see on the hews right now, old ladies in Florida complaining of being robbed of their rights, is no different then the scenes of Palestinian kids throwing stones and being killed (well, a small difference, they lose all rights, not just voting rights), the parallel I was trying to draw so clumsily, is that in the absence of the media these would have been non event. I often ask myself how many Palestinian lives would have been saved if the media was not constantly looking to have what to "report". In the "good old days", when the media was kept away, there were never periods of 4 weeks in which hundred of Palestinians were killed. Zeev
