Did the democratic congressman bother to mention that it was a democratic official who came up with the ballot in Palm Beach county. If Bush wins the recount Gore should take his cue from the republican who lost the Missouri senate race and concede. The loser in Missouri could have filed a suit on constitutional grounds since his opponent on the ballot was not an inhabitant of the state at the time of the election.
