overseas ballots, 2000-3000 have run 45%ish Dem to 55%ish Rep over last 4 elections.

It appears that the absentee ballots that have already been received are being counted now. The others have to be postmarked on election day or sooner and received no later than 10 days after that and will count.

So only SOME will be left to be counted.

Are members of the armed forces early or punctual?
