I believe so. And, interestingly, it could possibly result in Bush as president, picked by the House; and Lieberman as vice presiden, picked by the Senate. Amazing, huh?

If that's the case do we ....
Most likely the Supreme Court will weigh in on this election. I don't think the founding fathers realized that a nation of laws would become a nation of nit-pickers.
