Look at proxy statements....too confusing.

Maybe they should have written, next to all the
candidates,

"This space left intentionally blank"

I do agree instant analysis tends to make things worse, even w/o the media or the partisans to fan flame to their advantage.

Maybe we should allow enough time for the pros to resolve the matter before we start calling them every name in our naughty book!
