Daley's drivel should settle once of for all the myth that Gore is smarter than Bush.

What would it hurt if Gore just waited a little while? More logically, it seems to me that the smart thing to do would be for Gore to appear to remain above the fray and have the voters do the dirty work, which given the lawsuits they're already doing. Instead, Gore and Daley up and make comments like this.

The only way I can figure Gore is doing the smart thing is if he bought S&P puts this morning, and blew out of them while Daley was spouting off.

I've been talking about Lawyer intrusion for eons.
The DNC is the party of Trial Lawyers. Those who voted for Gore are seeing exactly what I'm talking about.
They figure the only way to decide anything is in a court of law...complete with whiners...
