Yes he should wait for the final count. He could have egg on his face if the count goes in his favor. It adds to the perception of a litigious mind set in our country.

I was driving a few minutes ago, heard a commentator claim that in the last FL election there had been 15,000 ballots throw out for the same reason as the 19,120 of this election. Interesting if borne out.
