GZ, do you still use a pencil to draw charts etc ? Votes can be recounted by hand, but that's about it. No litigation about how some stupid voters couldn't figure out what to punch and aren't sure if they punched it correctly. Surely, you don't want to guess the will of the people or keep on allowing revoting till your man wins ???
