No it's you who doesn't geddit: Paul Allen owns Convertible Debt, not Pref Stock and of fricken course he'll get to name his price. That's why you're getting massively hosed! I'll spell it out: he owns the debt and you own the equity. The debt own the assets and gets paid before the equity in a reorg. Got it? get it? Good, now buy more!

Now let's look at the tiny world of Rich Wolf who's ability to pick broadband stocks (wireless or otherwise) has collapsed along with CMTN, WSTL etc. Here we have a classic quotes: italics added by Sir Auric

"I see PA as funder of last resort." Well if you say so, but I can assure you that no one else touches this with a ten foot barge pole

"He'll get to name his price." That's clear since he will debtor in possesion in BK court AFTER the $817 MILLION of bank debt, who will have to be paid off first

"I see his sales of *other* wireless as raising cash to put it on the ONE SINGLE WINNER in the entire broadband wireless space." Glad you see it that way. Do you have a direct line into his investor offices or are you just a mind reader?

You are extinct and you don't even know it. Surprised you can still buy that 5 large given your other losses & concentration in COMM which you are clearly over confident in. One more time: Cash where is MCOM gonna get the cash?
