The simple fact that the count would be off 1% or more is proof positive that something is wrong with our system. Two counts of the same ballots, yet two very distinctly different numbers. If this is the case, which count is correct...the firts one or the second one? And, my guess would be if the first and second count were different, a third count would also come up differently. Pathetic if you ask me. then lets expound further.....lets recount every state...I'll bet the numbers will be different in every single state. Why is this....just another flaw in our diamond!~!
