TRIO - the PV in FL will indeed decide who gets the 25 electoral votes in FL (unless an elector or two bucks the "normal" way of doing it - can happen)

You hit the nail on the head my friend....The PV means zipoooooooo. I live in California and most of us already knew Gore had the entire State 3-4 hours before the polls closed out hear...Alot of Rep, including myself knew well in advance that the State was Going Gore, and I'm very sure a lot of voters just did not waste there time in voting...
